product specific work instructions we make sure that each member of PEI’s production staff
is well trained in the processes they use and products they manufacture. Our
ongoing training regiment combined with empowering our employees with the
authority to stop production if an issue is suspected gives us an outstanding
first line of defense against quality issues.
PEI’s press capacity ranges from 22 tons to 60
tons with all of our equipment being subjected to stringent preventive
maintenance cycles to ensure proper function and minimal unplanned
downtime. This, in conjunction with an
aggressive cross training system, allows PEI
to keep even the tightest production schedules on track.
