Quality is paramount at PEI.  Every step of the manufacturing process from supplier and raw material control through to final inspection is planned and controlled to meet the most stringent requirements.  In process dimensional inspections as well as SPC data collection and evaluation are implemented for every critical or major characteristic to ensure product conformity.

PEI regularly reviews both internal and customer related processes to identify improvement opportunities. Our goal is to maximize process flows and minimize costs. Scheduled reviews of the QMS are conducted and timely action is taken for every identified opportunity.
