Precise Engineering Incorporated., as it exists today, came into being in 1989 with a simple goal: to combine  Mario Lucci's 34 years experience in tooling, manufacturing and quality assurance with Adelasia Lucci’s  financial and visionary talents to build a successful tooling and stamping company - one which could be turned to as a reliable, cost efficient source for tooling and metal stampings.

PEI became a true family business when Mario and Adelasia were joined by their son, Mark Lucci, in 1990 and their daughter Lidia Pierce in 2002. Together they teamed up to fulfill their goal. They succeeded.

In the years since, Mark has taken the reins as President and CEO with Lidia using her strong financial background to serve as Chief Financial Officer. They have fully dedicated themselves to carrying on their parent’s vision. Using his talents as a designer and toolmaker, along with Lidia’s guidance, PEI has continued to flourish and grow as a company.

PEI has become a stable company with a history of offering our customers high quality, stamped parts produced to exacting tolerances. We have done this while also providing them with consistent cost reductions and supporting them with a core competence geared toward developing production methods capable of maintaining tolerances often thought unattainable by others.

Customer satisfaction is our main objective. Our management's hands-on approach is what allows us to maintain optimal lines of communication between the production floor and our customers. This in turn allows us better information through put and control during changing production schedules, achieving maximum process control, and guarantee results.

PEI is committed to excellence and continuous improvement. It is for this reason that we sought ISO 9000 certification in December of 2000. More recently, we have completed the transition to ISO9001-2000 standards in December of 2004. There are also plans to pursue AS9100 and TS16949 certification in the near future.
